Our 2012 choral year began in Feb.  However new singers are still welcome.

You will be invited to come to our regular Thursday practices. If you decide you would like to join us, we will give you the music for an audition piece and a few weeks to learn it.  

The audition itself is a private, non-threatening affair with Margaret Pride. You sing the piece that you have been working on for the past few weeks. Margaret might ask you to sing a scale or two, perhaps clap some simple rhythms and that’s about it! You don’t have to sight read, but it helps if you understand the music on the page.

We practise each Thursday evening from 7:30pm to 10:00pm at Mercedes College in the music building which is on the corner of Goderich and Hill Streets in Perth. Parking is generally available on site. Come a few minutes early and you will have a chance to meet and make friends with some of our members, who will introduce you to the section leader, organise music etc.
